No Gym Required: 20 Killer Bodyweight Exercises To Burn Fat From Home

This is going to sound really, really weird.

I'm talking Morpheus in "The Matrix" weird. 

heck, I'm talking red pill, blue pill alternate your reality weird.

What if I told you that you don't necessarily need a gym to get into the best shape of your life?

Many of you may write me off as crazy.

Some of you may see me as the coolest american hero since Bruce Willis in Die Hard.

But, i'm here to tell you today that your body is a weapon that can be used to shred fat and reveal muscle. Getting fit doesn't need to be complicated. If you don't have access to weights, body weight training can be an awesome alternative.

Bank your gym fees, drop all excuses and access benefits such as enhanced strength, flexibility, and overall health. 

In the video below, I have put together 20 killer exercises to get you moving anywhere! Choose 5 exercises, completing each for 40 secs, while taking  20 secs to transition between movements. Once you complete all 5 exercises, rest for 1 minute.  Complete 5 rounds in total, which will add up to a workout that is 30 minutes long.
