Resistance Training

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, improve your performance, walk the runway to your bedroom mirror in style, or develop a lean Hollywood physique, lifting (using bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc) is an efficient means to develop the body you are looking for. The goal of our individualized workouts will be to increase muscle tone and improve strength, while boosting your endurance and igniting your metabolism. You're going to love it!

The mobility techniques that I will teach you incorporate the newest stretching and myofascial release techniques to help you improve your flexibility and move efficiently. I will teach you how to rest and restore your body like a boss.
